Orange Tree People
In 2008, our original team of three people combined the two successful businesses they were then running to form OrangeTree Development. With a determination to achieve something exciting, to use technology to help business, to bring clarity to areas where there is often confusion, and to deploy their combined significant experience of both the on line world and business systems, they have already begun to carve out a reputation for technical excellence.
Since then, the team has grown!
Paul Norman - Director
Paul has spent many years in senior roles, and understands how a business works. He is passionate about simplicity, function, clarity of vision. Apply that to systems and you start to get rid of over complexity, confusion, and bloated systems.
He combines that with a take on business consultancy and project management that is not only refreshing, it delivers.
Karen Longstaff- Director
Karen once famously said that she is not a geek, but she does think in flow charts! Maybe this is true, but after starting life in engineering and project management, she turned her process fluent brain to technology many years ago.
Karen does not like to discover a business challenge for which she cannot find a coding solution. So far, she has not done so. We like to challenge her though.
Clive Anderson- Director
Clive spent many years in the motor trade, on the after sales side. Which is where you get to learn about looking after customers. In the very early days of the internet, he developed a keen interest in what this new medium brought to the business arena, and in the ensuring years has been involved in a number of high profile on-line projects both within the motor industry and across a much wider spectrum.
He has a keen eye for detail too - important if you like your standards high.
Danny Peters
Danny was a successful and experienced operator within the HFC world in telecommunications, when he decided a new challenge was the order of the day. Now an enthusiastic member of the OrangeTree team he brings a strong empathy with our customers and a rapidly growing technical knowledge.
Daniel Norman
Daniel has been working on websites and systems since 2008. A passion for coding, and, it seems, learning the latest coding languages and techniques makes him a key part of our operation, especially on some of the tricky bits of systems.
Dan Murphy
Recently joining the team from school, Dan is proving a fast learner and is already a crucial part of our team.

I never met an average person. On average, people are individuals, not the answer to a Maths question.
A team is a group of people working together towards a shared dream.
Building a team cannot be successfully done by just one person.
In a team, attitude can trump knowledge, as someone else will know.
A team player cares about the team. No one can celebrate alone. Nor be sad.
Team motivation is the responsibility of all the team. And that includes you. Oh. And me.
