What we mean by consultancy
Consultancy. Mentoring. Coaching. What are they all? I shall define in simple terms what you can buy from OrangeTree!
You can buy clarity. A sense of direction. A well defined what happens now.
We expect our interventions in your business to be effective. We expect some things to happen that might not have happened otherwise.
The cost of consultancy needs to be good value. Which means keeping the time you pay for to a necessary minimum. And ensuring it has impact.

How much consultancy do I need?
You see, this depends. So we are happy to sell you small bits of it. And to not commit you, in a contract, to a large amount, until or unless that is exactly the right thing for your business. As defined by you.
We very often (mostly, actually) start with a half day session to get you started. Sometimes, that turns out to be all that is needed. Then we book other sessions to cater for your requirements. And your wallet.
We even do one hour slots, for follow up work! You see, this really could turn out more cost effective than you think!
What is our approach?
Our approach is an on our feet, thinking out loud approach!
We like to spend time with you, working together with you, or your management team, evolving a clear picture of what needs to be done.
However, we will work in a way that suits you, obviously! We discuss an approach before you are committed to speaking with us.
Can you do training?
Yes. We do run training courses on a range of management and team related issues. We also have a very well received business planning course too.
We have covered a range of topics, including change manangement, developing teams, running a project, business planning, knowledge management, plus many more.
